- GRCBC Adult Dog Placement Program
The purpose of the GRCBC’s Adult Dog Placement program is to identify Golden Retrievers in need of new homes; ensure they have basic veterinary care and neutering or spaying; and eventually find new homes for these dogs.

- Crusader Resources Canine
A private organization that rescues, trains, and rehabilates dogs of the following breeds: German Shepherd, Labrador/Golden Retriever, Doberman, Belgian Malinois. Rescued Dogs are eventually selection tested for suitability for activities such as Narcotics/Explosives Detection, Search & Rescue, Patrol, Competitive Obedience, Schutzhund, and Therapy work.

- Secours Golden Retrievers Rescue Québec
A small group of breeders, fanciers and exhibitors of the Golden Retriever. They accept Golden Retrievers directly from owners who don't or can't care for them anymore; acquire dogs from various pounds where they would otherwise be euthanized because their time at the shelter has run out; and will take dogs that are rescued from puppy mills or dogs that have simply been dumped.

- Golden Retriever Club of America's National Rescue Committee
Committed to assisting Golden Retriever rescue at a national level by: providing developmental advice to local rescue groups; facilitating networking among rescue groups; publicizing local rescue programs, fund raising efforts and special events; developing and distributing generalized materials; maintaining an accurate listing of local rescues for public reference; and advising the GRCA Board of Directors on policy and procedures concerning rescue.

The Goldstock Fund's mission is to provide funds to rescue organizations or individuals to pay for transportation, boarding, evaluations and medical costs of golden retrievers and golden hearted dogs taken into rescue. The Goldstock Fund also provides educational information and materials to rescues and the public.
