- Been breeding Labrador Retrievers since 1974 with husband Mike under the "Ebonylane" prefix.
- Bred over 100 Labrador Retriever Champions.
- Pedigree Pal "Breeder of the Year" in 1991.
- Bred the #1 Lab in Breed Competition in both Canada and the USA in 1984.
- Our breeding held the record up to 2005 for the most "Best in Show" wins by a Labrador Retriever.
Show/Exhibiting Experience:
Usually owner/handled our own breeding in show, field and obedience.
Judging Experience:
- Judged half of the prestigious Open Bitch class at the 40th Anniversary Specialty of the Dutch Labrador Retriever Club in Holland.
- Judged at the Royal New South Wales Canine Council Spring Fair in Australia in 2002 and invited back in 2007.
- Judged in all of the provinces of Canada except Saskatchewan.
- Judged in 11 states of the United States.
- Judged the National Specialty of the Bouvier des Flanders Club of Canada.
- Judged Specialties for Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Sporting Group, Toy Group, German Short Haired Pointers, Shetland Sheepdogs, Keeshond, German Pinschers and Bearded Collies.
