We take in all dachshunds, rehabilitate, bring back to health if needed, assess and find permanant new homes due to dog human match up. We have a process including application form to fill out, reference checks, home visit and adoption contract. We have a 100% return policy on all dogs adopted through ADR as well as after adoption assistance.

DRNA' sole purpose is the rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing needy dachshunds and mostly dachshund mixes. Dachshund Rescue is active throughout the United States. The Rescue network was established to aid Dachshund owners in the recovery of their animals when lost, strayed or stolen; to keep Dachshunds out of the hands of laboratories, animal dealers, puppy mills and similar enterprises, and to attempt to keep dachshunds out of pounds and animal shelters.
