Breeder Experience:

Kennel Name: Agape — Canada's Top Winning Saint in 1976. For the next 7 or 8 years our Saints placed in the top three placing in the country. Cairns were bred on a limited basis under the Erskine prefix.

Show/Exhibiting Experience:

Our Saints were shown from Ontario to B.C and always owner handled. Finished many Champions here and in the U.S. We also owned and showed Pugs,Pekingese and a Shih Tzus imported from England.

Judging Experience:

Have been fortunate to judge in the countries listed above. A highlight was the World Winner Show in Amsterdam. Have judge 15 times in Australia, in all their States and capital cities, both North & South Islands in New Zealand. Saint Specialties in Canada as well as Rotties, Cairn Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Toy Group Specialties, etc. Memorial Day Weekend in the U.S.A and Eukanuba Classic in Oregon, etc.

Other Experience/Qualifications:

  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Kennel Club for 19 years, during tenure was Chair of Judges Committee, Obedience Council, Junior Kennel Council, Lure Coursing Countil and Registratioin Committee.
  • Also on the Breed Standards Committee.
  • Honorary Chairman of C.K.C Board
  • Purina Dog Judge of The Year—1999; and
  • Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the Canadian Dog Judges Association.

  • Life Member of the Canadian Kennel Club, Northern Alberta Canine Association, Canadian Dog Judges Association, former member of Canadian & American Saint Bernard Clubs, and national & provincial Cairn Terrier Clubs.
