| Breeder Experience:
My involvement with the purebred dog fancy has been since birth. My parents bred, showed, and hunted with AKC Wire Fox Terriers, along with Mini and Standard Poodles. I was showing dogs in AKC events starting as a young child. I relocated to Canada in 1984. I continued to participate in CKC, AKC, and International events as a breeder and exhibitor of champion Borzois, Salukis, and Boxers, and as an all-breed professional handler. I have many BIS, BISS, and Group wins to my credit. I also was a professional groomer for over 25 years.

| Judging Experience:
I also judge rare breed shows since 1976. I have judged all breeds in several countries. In 1977, I had the honour of judging the 4-H Finals at the New York State Fair. I am AKC licensed for Junior Showmanship, Afghan Hounds, Borzois, and Salukis.

Together with my husband Edward M. Gilbert, Jr. we are Gilbert's K-9 Structure & Movement Seminars. We present our seminars throughout the world. Information is at www.gilbertk9.com.
I was co-editor of Canine News and Review for Chico Dog Fanciers Association for over three years.
I am currently co-editor of Gilbert's K-9 Seminars News and Review.
I teach and have taught for over 25 years conformation handling for 4-H and various kennel clubs.
I was the Hound Group Director for the Los Angeles Dog Judges Educational Association (LADJEA).
I am on the President's Council of the AKC Canine Health Foundation.
