When your pet goes missing, a valued member of your family is lost. We are proud to help reunite lost pets with their families through a special network which includes giving each of your pets an id tag bearing your pet's name and your contact telephone numbers. On the other side of the tag, is a unique serial number linked to your pet’s individual information, complete with a toll free number, which works from anywhere in North America. If your animal is lost outside of Canada or the United States, collect calls are accepted from anywhere in the world.
You can register as many pets as you like and there is no charge for your pet's lifetime registration. You may update your pet's information at any time, and if you happen to lose the tags, simply contact us and a replacement will be sent to you. When your completed form is received, your pet’s tag is created and mailed out to you right away.

Privacy: This pet identification and registration information is provided free of charge by Creature Comfort as part of our mission: "working together to provide creature comfort for animals in need". Any information collected is kept strictly confidential, will not be shared with anyone other than members of the recovery team, and only used to help return your lost pet to your family.
