- North East Humane Society
A non-profit corporation and registered charity operating in north east Saskatchewan. The NEHS was founded in April 2005 and goals include the promotion of humane attitudes towards cats and dogs, encouragement of spaying and neutering and rescuing strays and finding them good, safe homes.

We are the Prince Albert SPCA, and we deal with cats and dogs that are stray, abandoned, seized by animal control, or brought in by the cities by-law team. In the last 2 years we have turned the shelter into a non-euthanizing shelter, unless of course the animal shows un-warranted human aggression, or it is in the animals best interest for health reasons to be humanely euthanized.

- CC RezQs Regina
"CC RezQs Regina is a registered not-for-profit organization that focuses on rescuing stray, injured, and malnourished dogs from Saskatchewan reservations. Once rescued, we provide vetting and rehabilitation before adopting out. We also help out in the communities by way of dropping off dog food and supplies, providing access to training, information on specific issues with dogs, and through donations of clothing, food, and sports equipment for community members and youth."
