A fun 5 km walk for people and pooches of all ages
In dozens of communities across Canada, Lions Clubs and volunteers are busy organizing a "Walk for Dog Guides". This fun-filled pet-friendly event spotlights the contribution of Dog Guides to improving the daily lives of Canadians with visual, hearing, medical or physical disabilities. People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come out. Leashed dogs are welcome guests, although you don't have to bring a dog to participate.

| The Loose Leash Walking Workshop focuses on getting your dog to NOT pull on the leash. The workshop takes place for one hour on each of two Saturdays, with a maximum of five students.
Amber will work closely with participants on learning how to heel without pulling, proper equipment and troubleshooting.
