Note: In North America, the Kuvasz Club of America (KCA) is the official American Kennel Club (AKC) National Breed Club and the Kuvasz Club of Canada is the official Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) National Breed Club. There are also two independent clubs in the U.S., the American Kuvasz Association (AKA) and the Kuvasz Fanciers of America (KFA).

- Kuvasz Club of Canada — Officially recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club in 1982 as the National Breed Club for the Hungarian Kuvasz
