Breed Clubs in the U.S.:
- Mastiff Club of America, Inc. (MCOA) — The MCOA was incorporated in 1929 to protect and promote the Mastiff. The MCOA is a member of the American Kennel Club and is the AKC's parent breed club for the Mastiff (English).
- Midwest Mastiff Fanciers — Serving Mastiff fanciers living primarily in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Michigan.
- Pacific Northwest Mastiff Fanciers — Serving Mastiff fanciers primarily in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Canada
- Pacific Southwest Mastiff Club — The Pacific Southwest Mastiff Club was officially formed in March 1993 and includes members from Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
- Garden State Mastiff Fanciers — One of the oldest regional Mastiff clubs in the United States, originally founded as The North & East Mastiff Fanciers in 1954. In 2002 the name was changed to Garden State Mastiff Fanciers in honour of their home state of New Jersey.
- Lonestar Mastiff Fanciers — A Texas based club formed in January 2003.
- Mastiff Club of Pennsylvania — A breed-specific regional enthusiast club, affiliated with the Mastiff Club of America. Membership consists mostly of Mastiff enthusiasts from Pennsylvania, although they also have members from other states and abroad.
